基于政产学研联动效应的高校科技成果转化路径研究

Transformation Path of University Scientific and Technological Achievements Based on the Linkage Effect of Government,Industry,University and Research

随着国家鼓励科技成果转化的一系列政策出台,企业、高校及科研院所产学研合作意识明显加强,政产学研的内外部环境得到很大改善,但中国的科技成果转化能力及水平还是远远落后于发达国家。本文以河北省高校科技成果转化为例,基于高校成果转化主体模型,分析各主体在科技成果转化中存在的问题,并针对问题提出具体解决对策,为河北省进一步推动科技成果转化提供参考。

With the advent of a series of policies to encourage the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the cooperation consciousness of enterprises,universities and research institutes has been significantly strengthened,and the internal and external environment of the cooperation has been greatly improved. However,the transformation ability and level of scientific and technological achievements in China are still far behind developed countries. This paper focuses on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities in Hebei. Based on the main participants model of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities,the problems existing in the process are analyzed and specific solutions are suggested to provide reference for further promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Hebei province.
