共建“一带一路”对我国出口产品质量的影响研究——基于融资约束视角的分析

Study on the influence of "the Belt and Road" construction on the quality of Chinese export products——Analysis based on the perspective of financing constraints

高质量共建“一带一路”对于加强我国与沿线国家的经贸合作以及推动我国出口产品质量提升具有重要意义。本文基于2006-2020年我国省际层面的数据,探讨共建“一带一路”对我国出口产品质量的影响。结果显示:加大基础设施建设有利于提高地区金融发展水平,缓解企业融资约束,从而提升出口产品质量。通过合成控制法进一步研究发现:“一带一路”建设对于我国出口产品质量的影响在空间上存在不对称性。鉴于此,应优化资源配置,实施出口补贴、税收优惠、专项资金支持等配套性的政策,降低企业融资约束水平,鼓励企业扩大出口,提高出口产品质量。

High-quality co-construction of "the Belt and Road" is of great significance for strengthening economic and trade cooperation between China and the countries along the Belt and Road, and promoting the quality improvement of Chinese export products. Based on the inter-provincial data from 2006 to 2020, this paper discusses the impact of Belt and Road cooperation on the quality of Chinese export products. The results show that the expansion of infrastructure construction is conducive to improving the level of regional financial development, easing the financing constraints of enterprises, and improving the quality of export products. Through the synthetic control method, it is found that the influence of "the Belt and Road" construction on the quality of Chinese export products is asymmetrical in space. This paper proposes to optimize the allocation of resources, implement export subsidies, tax incentives, special fund support and other matching policies,reduce the level of enterprise financing constraints, encourage enterprises to expand exports and improve the quality of export products.
