摘要
水稻是全世界重要的粮食作物,在其生长过程中常遭受干旱、低温、高温和盐碱等逆境胁迫,抑制水稻植株的生长发育和产量形成。脱落酸作为植物生长中重要激素,在植物抵抗逆境胁迫中发挥重要作用。本文着重介绍脱落酸在水稻抵抗低温冷害、高温热害、盐胁迫和碱胁迫等逆境胁迫中的作用和机理,并详细阐述脱落酸的诱抗效应对水稻抗逆性的研究进展,以期为提高作物抗逆性和产量提供参考。
Rice is an important food crop in the world.During its growth,it often suffers from drought,low temperature,high temperature,salt and alkali and other stresses,which inhibit the growth and development of rice plants and yield formation.The plant hormone abscisic acid(ABA)plays vital roles in enabling plants to cope with various environmental stress.This review focuses on the effect and mechanism of ABA for enhanced tolerance to chilling stress,high temperature stress,salt stress and alkaline stress in rice.In this paper,the research progress of ABA induced resistance on rice stress resistance was described in detail,in order to provide reference for improving crop stress resistance and yield.
