摘要
先前学习认定是当前国际社会普遍认可的推进终身学习的策略之一,成为了各国终身教育研究领域中的重点。我国开放大学已尝试在小范围内开展了实践探索,但目前尚缺乏理论层面的行动指导。本文在经验学习理论视角下构建了开放大学先前学习认定模式,具体包括认定原则、认定范围、基于能力发展的认定标准以及“申请报名—准备材料—评审检验—授予学分”四个关键认定流程。最后,将此模式应用于北京开放大学学前教育专业教学竞赛活动中,通过明确认定原则、指明认定范围、研制认定标准、规范认定流程,打通了学生非正式学习成果与学校正规学习成果之间互认与转换的通道,推动了建立不同类型学习成果之间的互认与转换机制,为促进我国终身教育研究的发展提供了参考。
Prior Learning Recognition is one of the strategies promoting lifelong learning in the international community,and it has become the focus of lifelong education research in various countries.Open Universities in China have tried to explore and practice it in small scales,but lacks theoretical guidance.From the perspective of Experiential Learning Theory,a Prior Learning Recognition mode of Open University is constructed,including recognition principle,recognition scope,recognition standard based on ability development,and a key process of“registration application-materials preparation-review&inspection-credit granting”.This mode is then put into teaching practice.By clarifying the recognition principle,specifying the recognition scope,developing the recognition standard and standardizing the recognition process,it opened up a channel for the mutual recognition and transformation between students’informal learning outcomes and formal learning outcomes.It is expected to promote the establishment of mutual recognition and conversion mechanism between different types of learning outcomes as well as lifelong learning development in China.
