九十年代我国农业社会化服务体系建设的基本构想

Some Basic Ideas of Building Socialized Service System in China's Agriculture in 1990s

党的十三届八中全会提出九十年代我国农业和农村工作要在八十年代的基础上取得新的突破,同时明确规定了九十年代我国农业和农村工作的主要任务和总体目标。作为农业和农村工作一个重要组成部分的农业社会化服务体系建设,必须适应九十年代农业和农村工作的主要任务和总体目标的要求。本文拟就九十年代我国农业社会化服务体系的建设提出一些基本构想。

The important problems that face us must be resulved are the goal of building socialized service system in China's agriculture in 1990s and the level it wants to reach. From a long time of groping in 1980s, we draw a conclusion that we should build a diversified and socialized service system adapted for various levels of productive development in different areas and offer peasants composite services needed before, amid, and after production.
