饮食情境下唐代家具与陶瓷饮食器形态演变研究

摘要 唐朝是一个多民族统一国家,文化体系庞大完整,发展程度高且极具开放性,并且有着明显向民众靠近的特征。以大众日常饮食生活为切入点,能够较为微观地观察唐代多样繁荣的文化在民众生活中的表现。由于饮食情境是一个复杂的集成系统,在实际研究中很难面面俱到。本文以饮食情境中与人行为联系最为紧密的家具和陶瓷器物作为研究对象,从饮食环境、文化和器物关系分析唐代陶瓷饮食器演变,可以更为具体地反映唐代大众的生活方式与行为变化,同时为研究传统陶瓷饮食器设计提供新的视角。 The ancient China of the Tang Dynasty was a multi-ethnic unified country,she has a huge and complete cultural system with a high degree of development, and has the characteristics of obviously keeping close to ordinary people. Taking the daily diet life of the masses as the entry point, we can observe the expression of the diverse and prosperous culture in the people’s life in a relatively micro way. Since the dietary context is a complex integrated system,it is difficult to cover all aspects in practical studies. This paper focuses on the furniture and ceramic wares in dietary context which is most close to person behavior and analyses Tang dynasty ceramics diet evolution of eating environment,culture, and implements, so it is helpful to understand public way of life and behavior in the Tang dynasty to provide a new perspective for the study of traditional design of dietary ceramic at the same time.
