麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的药学分析

Pharmacological analysis of Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris

目的分析冠心病心绞痛疾病特点,评价麝香保心丸治疗的预后效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年5月湖南中医药大学第二附属医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者80例,均予保守治疗。依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采取西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅助麝香保心丸治疗,2组均连续治疗6周。比较2组患者治疗总有效率,治疗前后心功能指标、炎性因子水平及心绞痛发作情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(χ^(2)=6.275,P=0.012);治疗6周后,2组左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)较治疗前增加,心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)较治疗前缩小,且观察组增加/缩小幅度大于对照组(P均<0.01);2组白介素-18(IL-18)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P均<0.01);2组心绞痛发作持续时间较治疗前缩短、发作频率较治疗前减少,且观察组优于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论在西医常规治疗基础上加用麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛可以促进患者症状、心功能、炎性反应改善,疾病治疗效果良好。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of coronary angina pectoris,and to evaluate the prognostic effect of Shexiang Baoxin pill.Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary angina pectoris admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected,and all of them were treated conservatively with medication.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin pill.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 weeks.The total effective rate of treatment,the levels of cardiac function indexes and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and comparison of the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=6.275,P=0.012);After 6 weeks of treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and stroke volume(SV)in the two groups increased compared with those before treatment,and the ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)decreased compared with those before treatment,and the increase/decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(all P<0.01);The levels of interleukin-18(IL-18),myeloperoxidase(MPO),and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(all P<0.01);The duration and frequency of angina pectoris in the two groups were shorter than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(all P<0.01).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris can improve the symptoms,cardiac function and inflammatory response of patients,and the disease treatment effect is good.
