观察中西医结合模式对治疗急诊内科重症心力衰竭的效果

The efficacy of the integrative medicine treatment mode on severe heart failure in emergency

目的:探究中西医结合模式对治疗急诊科重症心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:此次研究中入选的46例研究对象均为湖北六七二中西医结合骨科医院急诊科于2017年9月-2021年5月收治的重症心力衰竭患者,46例患者通过随机数字表法进行分组,即观察组和对照组,每组23例。对照组进行西医治疗,观察组在西医治疗的基础上实施中医治疗方案,对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果以及心脏功能指标。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率与对照组相比较高,P<0.05,说明观察组采用的中西医结合治疗模式更具优势;对照组间心功能相关指标发现,治疗之前,观察组与对照组的左心室舒张末期内径(Left Ventricular End diastolic Dimension,LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(Left Ventricular End Systolic Dimension,LVESD)、左室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)、左室收缩末期容积(Left Ventricular End-systolic Volume,LVESV)、心搏出量(Stroke Volume,SV)及心排出量(Cardiac Output,CO)等指标的差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05,治疗之后,观察组的LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、SV、CO等指标高于对照组,LVESV指标低于对照组。结论:重症心力衰竭患者进行中西医结合治疗效果良好,可改善其心功能及症状表现。

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on severe heart failure in emergency department. Methods: A total of 46 patients selected in this study were all patients with severe heart failure admitted to the Department of Emergency, Hubei 672 Orthopedic Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from September 2017 to May 2021. All the patients were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 23 patients in the observation group and 23 patients in the control group. The control group was treated in Western medicine, and the observation group was treated in the integrative medicine. The clinical effects and cardiac function indexes in the two groups were compared after treatment. Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group. P<0.05, indicating that the treatment mode of the integrative medicine in the observation group was more advantageous. Before treatment, it was found that in the comparison of the related indexes of cardiac function, there was no statistical difference in LVEDD, LVESD, LVEF, LVESV, SV and CO between groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the indexes of LVEDD, LVESD, LVEF, SV and CO in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the index of LVESV in the observation group was lower than the control group. Conclusion: The integrative medicine can improve the heart function and relieve symptoms of patients with severe heart failure.
