穴位自血疗法治疗湿疹近10年研究进展

A review on treating eczema by acupoint autohemotherapy in recent 10 years

湿疹是一种临床常见的具有剧烈瘙痒的变态反应性炎症性皮肤病,各个年龄段均会发生,严重影响患者的心理状态及日常生活,现由湿疹引发的心理疾病越来越多,对患者及其家庭经济造成一定的困扰。目前现代医学治疗方法众多且渐趋完善,主要使用抗组胺药物、抗生素、激素或物理治疗等,但长期使用西药不良反应大、复发率高且会对药物产生依赖性,不适宜长期反复服用。而中医药治疗湿疹历史悠久,价格亲民且疗效显著,可以有效缓解湿疹带来的瘙痒不适,且不良反应小、复发率低。目前主要治疗方法有中药内服、中药熏洗、针灸治疗、穴位自血疗法等。穴位自血疗法现在临床使用较广泛,疗效显著,不良反应小且复发率低。因其便捷、经济、有效而被患者广泛接受。文章通过中国知网、万方数据库、中国维普数据库等文献查询途径搜集整理2011年-2020年穴位自血疗法治疗湿疹的相关文献,从单纯使用穴位自血疗法、穴位自血疗法配合西医疗法、穴位自血疗法配合中医疗法(包括毫针针刺、火针疗法、穴位埋线、刺络放血、止痒熏洗及中药内服)3个方面进行综述,分析治疗湿疹的研究现状,以期为湿疹的临床治疗以及穴位自血疗法在皮肤病方面的应用提供参考,使穴位自血疗法在临床中得到推广运用。

Eczema is a clinically common allergic inflammatory skin disease with severe itching, which can occur at all ages and seriously affect the mental state and daily life of patients. Now, more and more mental diseases caused by eczema have caused certain economic troubles for patients and their families. At present, there are many modern medical treatment methods, which are gradually improved, and mainly include using antihistamine drugs, antibiotics, hormones or physical therapy. However, long-term use of Western medicine has great adverse reactions, high recurrence rate and drug dependence, so it is not suitable for long-term repeated use. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating eczema, its price is affordable and its curative effect is significant. It can effectively relieve the itching and discomfort caused by eczema, and has little adverse reactions and low recurrence rate. At present, the main treatment methods include oral administration of TCM medicine, fumigation and washing of TCM medicine, acupuncture treatment and acupoint autohemotherapy, etc.. Acupoint autohemotherapy is widely used in clinic now, with remarkable curative effect, few adverse reactions and low recurrence rate. It is widely accepted by patients because of its convenience, economy and effectiveness. In this paper, the relevant studies on acupoint autohemotherapy for eczema were collected and sorted through CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP Database and so on during 2011 to 2020. This paper summarizes the research status of treating eczema from three aspects: simple use of acupoint autohemotherapy, acupoint autohemotherapy plus Western medicine therapy, acupoint autohemotherapy plus TCM therapy(including acupoint acupuncture, fire needle therapy, acupoint embedding, puncturing collaterals, and bloodletting, antipruritus fumigation and washing, and internal administration of TCM medicine), with a prospect of providing a reference for the clinical treatment of eczema and the application of acupoint autohemotherapy in dermatology, so as to promote the application of acupoint autohemotherapy in clinical practice.
