依据中医体质分型方法结合四君子汤药浴对促进晚期早产儿生长发育的重要意义

The significance of traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification combined with Sijunzi decoction in promoting the growth and development of late preterm infants

目的:依据中医体质分型方法结合四君子汤药浴方,观察药浴治疗对促进晚期早产儿生长发育的实际疗效。方法:选择2020年6月-2021年6月60例晚期早产患儿(胎龄32周~36周+6)作为研究对象,根据进行常规保健的先后时间顺序将所有患儿分成了对照组和药浴组对照组,每组30例,对照组同期早产儿运用日常规范非药浴治疗,药浴组早产儿使用日常规范治疗联合药浴水疗治疗,以四君子汤药浴方加减配制成适用于早产患儿的药浴方,使用三九药业公司的配方颗粒稀释制配成500 mL的药液,对照两组患儿血糖值、胆红素值、发生黄疸程度,并对患者有关指标开展检测记录。结果:比较药浴组患者治疗前后血糖值,有统计学统计意义;比较两组患儿第1天、2天第4天和6天黄疸发生程度,药浴组患儿黄疸较轻;对比两组患儿发生并发症情况,药浴组患儿并发症发生率低于对照组。结论:四君子汤药浴能降低早产儿黄疸的发生,促进黄疸的消退,早产儿在药浴的过程中未发生低血糖,本药浴水疗方安全、有效,且没有表现出不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the practical effect of medicinal bath therapy on promoting the growth and development of late premature infants through TCM constitution classification combined with Sijunzi decoction bath(四君子汤药浴方).Methods:A total of 60 late preterm infants(gestational age 32-36 weeks+6)from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the time sequence of routine health care,all the children were divided into the control group and the medicine bath group,with 30 cases in each group.The preterm infants in the control group were treated by daily standard non-drug bath,while the preterm infants in the medicine bath group were treated by daily standard treatment plus medicine bath hydrotherapy.Sijunzi decoction was added and subtracted to prepare the medicine bath formula for premature children,and the formula particles of Sanjiu Pharmaceutical Company were used to dilute and prepare the medicine solution to 500 mL.The blood glucose value,bilirubin value and the degree of jaundice were measured and recorded between the two groups.Results:It has medical statistical significance in the blood glucose values before and after treatment in the medicine bath group.The degree of jaundice on day 1,day 2,day 4 and day 6 was compared between the two groups,and in the medicine bath group was lighter.Complications were compared between the two groups.The incidence of complications in the medicine bath group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:The medicine bath of Sijunzi decoction can reduce the occurrence of jaundice in premature infants and promote the regression of jaundice.The premature infants do not suffer from hypoglycemia in the course of the medicine bath.This medicine bath is safe and effective,and has no adverse reactions.
