生血宝合剂联合耳穴压豆治疗血虚肝旺型不寐的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Shengxuebao Mixture Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Bean in the Treatment of Insomnia with the Syndrome of Blood Deficiency and Liver Hyperactivity

目的:探讨生血宝合剂联合耳穴压豆治疗血虚肝旺型不寐的临床疗效。方法:选取130例于中国人民解放军空军军医大学第二附属医院中医科接受治疗的血虚肝旺型不寐患者作为研究对象,按随机分配的原则分为对照组和治疗组,每组各65例。对照组给予耳穴压豆治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服生血宝合剂,两组患者均治疗4周后观察疗效。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评分、失眠严重程度指数(ISI)评分、中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生血宝合剂联合耳穴压豆能改善血虚肝旺型不寐患者的PSQI、AIS、ISI评分,临床疗效确切。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of shengxuebao mixture combined with auricular point pressing bean in the treatment of insomnia with the syndrome of blood deficiency and liver hyperactivity.Methods:130 insomnia patients with the syndrome of blood deficiency and liver hyperactivity were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 65 patients in each group.The control group were treated with auricular point pressing bean.The treatment group took shengxuebao mixture on the basis of the treatment of control group.The curative effects of both groups were observed after 4 weeks of treatment.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),qthens insomnia scale(AIS),insomnia severity index(ISI)and the traditioal Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores of patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengxuebao mixture combined with auricular point pressing bean can improve the PSQI,AIS and ISI scores of insomnia patients with the syndrome of blood deficiency and liver hyperactivity,and the clinical effect is definite.
