摘要
针对现有单轨吊机车起吊梁存在的空间占用大、形式单一等问题,考虑工程应用典型工况和承载要求等,开展单轨吊低净空起吊副梁结构设计,同时利用数值仿真技术对其力学性能进行分析。结果表明:新型起吊副梁的最大承载载荷为20 t,满足设计载荷16 t的要求。此外,其最大应力及最大变形量均小于许用值,强度和刚度满足工程应用要求。
In view of the problems of large space occupation and single form existing in the lifting beam of the existing monorail crane,and considering the typical working conditions and bearing requirements of the engineering application,the structural design of the low clearance secondary beam of the monorail crane is carried out.At the same time,its mechanical properties are analyzed by numerical simulation technology.The results show that the maximum load of the new type lifting auxiliary beam is 20 t,which meets the requirement of 16 t design load.In addition,the maximum stress and maximum deformation are less than the allowable values,and the strength and stiffness meet the requirements of engineering application.
