摘要
为解决忻州窑煤矿带式输送机运速无法根据其运量进行实时调整导致其能耗过大的问题,以图像处理技术为基础实现运速的自适应调整控制,结合实际工况为不同范围的煤宽比匹配设计对应的带速。实践表明,输送机带速进行自适应调整控制后,平均节能效率可达6.4%,每月节约电费约40.9万元。
In order to solve the problem that the speed of belt conveyor in Xinzhouyao Coal Mine can not be adjusted in real time according to its transport volume,which leads to excessive energy consumption,the adaptive adjustment control of transport speed is realized on the basis of image processing technology.Combined with the actual working conditions for different ranges of coal width ratio to match the corresponding belt speed.Practice shows that after the belt speed of the conveyor is self-adaptively adjusted and controlled,the average energy-saving efficiency can reach 6.4%,and the electricity bill can be saved by about 409,000 yuan per month.
