摘要
为解决戊8-22310综采工作面刮板输送机功率过大、能耗高及与采煤机功率不匹配的问题,降低设备能耗及回采成本,对基于S6-400PLC、变频器及KXJ0.2-1120集控箱的采煤机及刮板输送机协同调速系统进行研究,系统对刮板输送机负载率进行分析,通过变频器发出指令调节刮板输送机运输速度。现场应用后,工作面每季度有效生产时间增加25%,单班产量提升700 t,节省电费25万元。
In order to solve the problems of excessive power,high energy consumption and power mismatch between scraper conveyor and shearer in the Wu8-22310 fully mechanized mining face,and to reduce equipment energy consumption and mining cost,the cooperative speed regulation system of shearer and scraper conveyor based on S6-400PLC,frequency converter and KXJ0.2-1120 centralized control box is studied.The load rate of scraper conveyor is analyzed by the system,and the speed of the scraper conveyor is adjusted by issuing instructions through the frequency converter.After field application,the effective production time of the working face is increased by 25%every quarter,the per shift output is increased by 700 tons,and the electricity bill is saved by 250,000 yuan.
