摘要
莲盛煤矿主运系统带式输送机以往采用人工巡视,存在巡检效率低下、巡检不到位的情况,同时工人劳动强度大,危险因素多,导致带式输送机运行故障频发,运输效率低下。针对以上问题设计了智能巡检机器人系统,在主运系统带式输送机上进行了工业性试验。结果表明:智能巡检机器人系统可以实现对主运系统带式输送机的24 h不间断巡检,安全经济效益显著。
The belt conveyor of the main transportation system of Liansheng Coal Mine used manual inspection in the past,but there is a situation that the patrol inspection is inefficient and not in place.At the same time,the labor intensity of the workers is high,and there are many risk factors,which led to frequent failures of the belt conveyor and low transportation efficiency.In order to solve the above problems,an intelligent patrol robot system is designed,and an industrial test is carried out on the belt conveyor of the main transportation system.The results show that the intelligent patrol robot system can realize the 24-hour uninterrupted inspection of the belt conveyor of the main transportation system,with significant safety and economic benefits.
