四台矿通风系统可靠性预测及平台设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 以四台矿通风系统为研究背景,针对该矿风井数量多、瓦斯浓度高、风量大等复杂情况,研究一种通风系统可靠性预测方法,通过建立预测模型,并对模型进行训练与测试,验证其可靠性与实用性。通过现场验证,证明了方法预测精度达到设计要求,3^(#)煤层的工作面通风量大于1500 m^(3)/min,减小瓦斯浓度超限概率,确保井下安全生产。 Taking the ventilation system of Sitai Mine as the research background,in view of the complex conditions of a large number of air shafts,high gas concentration and large air volume in the mine,a reliability prediction method of ventilation system is studied.By establishing a prediction model,and training and testing the model,verify its reliability and practicability.Through the field verification,it is proved that the prediction accuracy of the method meets the design requirements,and the ventilation volume of the working face in the 3^(#)coal seam is more than 1500 m^(3)/min,which reduces the probability of gas concentration exceeding the limit and ensures the safety of underground production.
