摘要
针对永定庄煤矿KJ88S型甲烷安全监控系统存在的传感器防护等级低、信号传输精度差、无多系统融合功能等问题进行优化设计,主干传输网络优化为工业以太网,多台综合型监控分站采用星型网络架构采集数字型传感器数据,在前端数据采集与控制系统和地面监控系统配合下,通过多系统融合服务器完成甲烷浓度实时监测、数据综合管理分析、多系统应急联动等功能。
Aiming at the problems existing in the KJ88S type methane safety monitoring system of Yongdingzhuang Coal Mine,such as low sensor protection grade,poor signal transmission accuracy and no multi-system fusion function,the optimization design is carried out.The backbone transmission network is optimized for industrial Ethernet,multiple integrated monitoring substations use star network architecture to collect digital sensor data,with the cooperation of front-end data acquisition and control system and ground monitoring system,through the multisystem fusion server to complete the methane concentration real-time monitoring,data comprehensive management and analysis,multi-system emergency linkage and other functions.
