纳米铁酸钴的化学制备方法研究进展

综合分析了纳米铁酸钴在磁信息存储、功能材料、微波元件、医学领域的应用范围.现有的制备方法主要有:共沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、微乳液法、水热与溶剂热法、静电纺丝法5大类型,并在文中详细介绍了相关研究进展,通过阐述不同制备方法的研究机理与工艺流程,举例相关成果,归纳不同方法制备出纳米铁酸钴的特性.通过对各种制备方法的分析,总结出不同形貌纳米铁酸钴材料所适用的领域.最后对纳米铁酸钴材料的未来的研究方向做出展望,制备特殊形貌的纳米铁酸钴材料、减少纳米铁酸钴的团聚和氧化、多种制备方法的结合以及如何实现大规模工业化生产.

This paper comprehensively analyzes the application range of nanocobalt ferrite in magnetic information storage, functional materials, microwave components and medical fields.The existing preparation methods include five main types: precipitation method, sol-gel method, micro-emulsion method, hydrothermal and solvothermal method.In addition, the related research progress is introduced in detail in this paper.By expounding the research mechanism and process flow of different preparation methods, the characteristics of nano cobalt ferrite are prepared by different methods.Through the analysis of various preparation methods, the applicable fields of nano cobalt ferrite materials with different morphologies are summarized.Finally, the future research direction of nanocobalt ferrite materials is prospected: the preparation of the special morphological ferriferrous oxide nanometerials, combining several preparation methods and finds a way to realize industrial production.
