粳稻重组自交系产量及相关性状分析

摘要 以粳稻重组自交系为研究材料,探讨了粳稻的产量与株高、穗长、有效穗数、实粒数、结实率、千粒重的相关性,期望为从中选育高产水稻品系提供参考。该研究表明,粳稻产量受这几个因素共同作用,提高产量应综合考虑多个性状。产量与穗长、穗实粒数、千粒重、结实率呈显著正相关。为此,适当增加株高以提高穗长,增加穗实粒数,增加千粒重可以达到增加产量的目的。此外,穗实粒数与结实率呈极显著正相关,但和千粒重呈极显著负相关,表明要做到增产,应控制穗实粒数的合理区间,把握产量构成因素间的平衡性。 In this research,Japonica rice recombinant inbred line was used as research materials,and the correlation between rice yield and plant height,ear length,effective panicle number,seed number,seed setting rate,and thousand-grain weight was discussed.It is expected to provide a reference for breeding high-yield rice lines.The results showed that the yield of japonica rice was affected by these factors,and multiple characters should be considered comprehensively to improve yield.The yield was positively correlated with panicle length,grain number per panicle,1000-grain weight,and seed setting rate.Considering that panicle length was significantly positively correlated with plant height and 1000-grain weight,and significantly positively correlated with seed number,it could be concluded that appropriate increase of plant height could increase panicle length,grain number per panicle and 1000-grain weight,so as to increase yield.Although there was a very significant positive correlation between grain number per panicle and seed setting rate,there was a very significant negative correlation between grain number per panicle and 1000-grain weight,which further indicated that the increase of grain number per panicle should be within a certain range,otherwise the 1000-grain weight would be reduced,and the ear length should also be controlled within a certain range.It can be said that the number of grain per spike plays a key role.Therefore,it is necessary to grasp the increase range of panicle grain number before selecting other factors when increasing yield.
