摘要
NiTi基形状记忆合金(SMA)驱动器存在驱动频率低、能耗高及控制精度不高的问题。综述了NiTi基SMA驱动器、一维宏观本构模型的研究进展,并提出了驱动器研究优化的方向,即异质多段型SMA驱动器的结构和制备工艺研究、传热状态的多参数宏观模型仿真及控制技术研究。
NiTi-based shape memory alloy(SMA)actuators has the problems of low driving frequency, high energy consumption and low control precision.Development of NiTi-based SMA actuators and one-dimensional macroscopic constitutive models is reviewed.In addition, the optimization study can focus on the structure and fabrication process of heterogeneous multi-stage SMA actuators, the simulation of multi-parameter macroscopic model of heat transfer state and the research of control technology.
