基于离子液体—还原氧化石墨烯/银枝晶改性丝网印刷电极的芬太尼传感器

A Fentanyl Electrochemical Sensor Based on Ionic Liquid-reduced Graphene Oxide and Ag Dendrite Composite Modified Screen-printed Electrode

摘要 开发了一种基于离子液体[BMIM]PF6—还原氧化石墨烯/银枝晶复合改性丝网印刷电极([BMIM]PF6-rGO/Ag/SPE)的芬太尼电化学传感器,以实现芬太尼的快速检测。该传感器具有低检测限、高灵敏度和高选择的特点。利用疏水性的离子液体材料[BMIM]PF6,实现在电极的活性区域预浓缩芬太尼。电沉积参数优化后的[BMIM]PF6-rGO/Ag/SPE,其芬太尼方波伏安法响应在2.0 mol/L~100.0μmol/L,检测限为0.87μmol/L。此外,该传感器显示出良好的重现性,RSD为4.88%,传感器的灵敏度约为未修饰前的5倍。该传感器在检测前不需要复杂的电极预处理,且整个检测过程不超过1 min,可以满足快速、便捷的药物检测的需要。 A fentanyl electrochemical sensor based on ionic liquid [BMIM]PF6-reduced graphene oxide/silver dendrite composite modified screen-printed electrode([BMIM]PF6-rGO/Ag/SPE)was developed to realize the rapid detection of fentanyl with a low limit of detection, high sensitivity and high selectivity. The hydrophobic ionic liquid [BMIM]PF6 was used to preconcentrate fentanyl in the active region of the electrode. The response of the [BMIM]PF6-rGO/Ag/SPE with optimized electrodeposition parameters is 2.0–100.0 μmol/L by fentanyl square wave voltammetry, with a limit of detection of 0.87μmol/L. The [BMIM]PF6-rGO/Ag/SPE sensor exhibited excellent reproducibility with RSD of 4.88%, while the sensor’s sensitivity is about 5 times higher than that of the unmodified screen-printed electrode. Moreover, the sensor does not need complex electrode pretreatment before detection. The whole detection process took less than 1 min, which perfectly meets the actual needs of fast and convenient drug detection.
