亚临界萃取技术在水产品营养组分提取领域研究进展

Research progress of subcritical extraction technology in the field of nutrient component extraction from aquatic products

摘要 文章介绍了运用于水产品领域的亚临界流体(包括水)的萃取原理、工艺及设备,且从获得水产品高值产物考虑,分别从水产品源的蛋白质/多肽类、脂质类和多糖类产品方面综述了近10年来亚临界萃取分离水产品营养组分的学术进展,总结了不同加工因素对特定组分萃取的优势,并展望了未来SFE设备及技术在水产品精深加工应用的发展方向。 The fundamental extraction principle,production process,and instrument of the subcritical fluid(including water)technology in terms of the aquatic products materials were introduced in this review,and the academic progress of SFE technology in extracting and separating nutritional components from the aquatic products within the recent 10 years were summarized,in terms of proteins/peptides,lipids and polysaccharides from aquatic products.The advantages of different processing factors for the extraction of specific components were summarized,and the future development direction of SFE equipment and technology in the deep processing of aquatic products was prospected.
