摘要 为提高铁路工程技术接口工序质量水平及管理能力,提出一种基于工序能力指数的技术接口工序质量链网络分析方法。通过梳理铁路工程技术接口,结合质量链理论,采用DSM方法建立技术接口工序质量链网络图,计算质量链网络图中各工序质量控制点的基本过程能力指数、基于主成分的多元工序能力指数、综合多工序能力指数(CMPCI),定量判定施工单位的技术接口工序质量管理能力;从5M1E切入,采用因果分析法定性分析影响技术接口关键工序质量链的关键因素;以某段桥梁与四电工程技术接口为例进行分析,技术接口的CMPCI为1.118,工序质量管理能力为Ⅲ级,处于一般水平,基本满足质量控制要求,影响技术接口工序质量的关键因素是人为因素和环境因素,应将其作为铁路工程技术接口工序质量管理的重点。 In order to improve the process quality level and quality management ability of railway engineering technical interface,a process quality chain network analysis method based on process capability index for technical interface was proposed.Firstly,by combing the technical interface of railway engineering and the quality chain theory,the DSM method was used to establish the process quality chain network diagram of the technical interface,to calculate the basic process capability index,multivariate process capability index based on principal components and comprehensive multi process capability index(CMPCI)of each process quality control point in the quality chain network diagram,and to quantitatively determine the process quality management capability of technical interface of the construction contractor.Secondly,starting from 5M1E,the causal analysis was used to qualitatively analyze the key factors affecting the quality chain of the key processes of the technical interface.Finally,according to an analysis on the technical interfaces between a certain section of bridge and the related communication,signal,electric power,traction power supply projects,the technical interface CMPCI as 1.118,and the process quality management ability as LevelⅢ,which were at a general level,basically met the quality control requirements.From the analysis of the key process quality chain,it is concluded that the main factors affecting the process quality of technical interface are human and environmental factors,which should be regarded as the focus of process quality management of railway engineering technical interface.
