农村共同富裕协同发展机制及路径研究

Study on the Mechanism and Path of Coordinated Development of Rural Common Prosperity

新型集体经济是社会主义公有制经济在农村社会的现代经济发展形式,是中国共产党完善农村基本经营制度,引领农村农民实现共同富裕而做出的战略举措。为探索“企业”“农民”“村干部”“政府”等主体协同参与新型集体经济发展的机制,结合共同富裕的时代内涵与现实依据、新型集体经济在共同富裕中的作用,分析多元主体协同参与新型集体经济的发展机制,并提出相应的发展路径。以期实现“共同富裕”目标,推进农村新型集体经济改革,缩减城乡经济差异,为我国构建社会主义现代化社会,奠定坚实的基础。

The new collective economy is a modern form of economic development of socialist public ownership economy in rural society,and a strategic measure taken by the CPC to improve the basic rural management system and lead rural farmers to achieve common prosperity.In order to explore the mechanism for the cooperative participation of"enterprises","farmers","village cadres","government"and other subjects in the development of the new collective economy,this paper analyzes the development mechanism of the cooperative participation of multiple subjects in the new collective economy in combination with the era connotation and realistic basis of common prosperity and the role of the new collective economy in common prosperity,and puts forward the corresponding development path.We hope to implement the goal of"common prosperity",promote the reform of the new rural collective economy,reduce the economic differences between urban and rural areas,and lay a solid foundation for building a socialist modern society in China.
