青年双创能力培养体系构建研究

近年来,越来越多的高校和地区愈加重视创新创业工作,创新创业教育也在各大高校迅速开展。青年是创新创业的主要力量,而高校是青年集聚地,为了提升青年创新创业能力,构建了双创能力培养体系。文章以崇左市高校双创教育现状及青年创业者为重点研究对象,通过问卷调查等形式总结出当前青年双创能力培养现状,寻找解决现状问题的具体措施,进而构建了“三融合”双创能力培养体系,为培养和提升青年创新创业能力提供参考。

In recent years,more and more universities and regions pay more attention to innovation and entrepreneurship,and innovation and entrepreneurship education is also rapidly carried out in major universities.Young people are the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship,while colleges and universities are the gathering places of young people.In order to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of young people,we should build a mass entrepreneurship and innovation ability training system.This article focuses on the current situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities in Chongzuo City and young entrepreneurs,summarizes the current situation of youth mass entrepreneurship and innovation ability training through questionnaires and other forms,looks for specific measures to solve the current problems,and then constructs the"three integration"mass entrepreneurship and innovation ability training system,which provides reference for improving youth innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
