我国已将碳达峰、碳中和纳入生态文明建设整体布局,到2030年前实现碳达峰、2060年前实现碳中和的目标,碳达峰与碳中和也逐渐成为学界关注的焦点。生态治理是实现碳中和目标的可探索路径之一,在实现碳中和目标的引领下,本文对生态文明思想的生态治理发展趋势进行了分析,梳理了碳中和与生态治理具有耦合性、协同性与整体性三维关系,深入挖掘碳中和对推动生态治理目标的内在因素。
