良性阵发性位置性眩晕的中西医治疗研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

良性阵发性位置性眩晕为前庭周围性眩晕疾病中很常见且多发的疾病,发作剧烈时患者天旋地转,甚或恶心呕吐。临床中能够通过特定手法诱发出短暂阵发性眩晕以及特发性眼球震颤,以协助病情诊断。该病虽具有一定的自限性,临床上除了药物治疗外,还能够通过手法复位使患者症状得到有效控制。随着人们生活习惯、工作模式等诸多改变,该病发病率以及复发率越来越高,人们也逐渐认识以及重视起来。为深入了解良性阵发性位置性眩晕,本研究从中西医角度论述该疾病的病因病机、临床诊断、各受累半规管的判断定位、中西医治疗等,分析如何选择有效的治疗方法,减少复发,改善患者的生活质量,为今后临床治疗提供理论依据。

Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)is a common and frequent disease of vestibular peripheral vertigo.During BPPV,the patient feel like sitting in a boat,spinning around,or even nausea and vomiting.In clinic,it can induce temporary paroxysmal vertigo and idiopathic nystagmus through specific manipulation to assist the diagnosis of BPPV.Although BPPV has a certain degree of self-limiting,in addition to drug treatment,the patient′s symptoms can be effectively controlled through manual reduction clinically.With the change of people′s living habits and working mode,the incidence and recurrence rate of BPPV is getting higher and higher,and people are gradually recognizing and paying attention to it.In order to further study and understand BPPV,this paper discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease,clinical diagnosis,judgment and positioning of each involved semicircular canal,and traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of BPPV,evaluated how to choose effective treatment methods to cure BPPV,reduce recurrence,improve the quality of life of the patients,and provide theoretical basis for future clinical treatment.
