中医定向透药疗法研究现状与趋势的文献计量学可视化分析

Bibliometric and Visualized Analysis on the Current Situation and Research Trend of Traditional Chinese Medicine Directional Penetration Therapy

目的:了解国内中医定向透药疗法研究现状及发展趋势。方法:对2012—2021年中国知识资源总库(CNKI)收录的中医定向透药相关基础、临床与护理研究领域的文献进行文献计量学和图谱可视化分析。采用Excel统计年发文量、发文省份和发文机构,采用VOSviewer软件对学者分布、关键词共现进行分析,采用CiteSpace对关键词进行聚类、绘制时间线。结果:最终纳入文献383篇,中医定向透药研究中文文献发文量呈逐年增长趋势,研究主要集中在广东、江西、江苏三省。发文量最多的研究机构是江西省人民医院,研究热点主要以综合护理和疗效观察为主。结论:中医定向透药治疗还处于初步探索阶段,趋向深入其相关基础研究及疗效评价。

Objective:To understand the research status and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)directional penetration therapy.Methods:Bibliometric and visualized analysis were performed on the literatures related to basic,clinical and nursing studies of TCM directional penetration therapy included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2012 to 2021.Excel was used to count the annual number of published papers,the provinces and institutions.The distribution of scholars and the co-occurrence of keywords were analyzed by VOSviewer software,and the keywords were clustered,time lines were drawn by CiteSpace.Results:383 literatures were finally included.The number of Chinese literatures on TCM directional penetration therapy showed an increasing trend year by year,and the researches were mainly concentrated in Guangdong,Jiangxi and Jiangsu province.The research institution with the largest number of published papers in this field was Jiangxi provincial people′s hospital,and the research focused on comprehensive nursing and curative effect observation.Conclusion:TCM directional penetration therapy is still in the preliminary exploration stage,and tends to deepen its related basic research and efficacy evaluation.
