全程化药学服务对慢性病患者用药安全和生活质量的影响

Effects of whole-process pharmaceutical care on medication safety and quality of life of community chronic disease

目的探讨为社区慢性病患者提供全程化药学服务的临床价值。方法选择2020年1月至2021年10月收治的104例慢性病患者,采用随机数字表将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。用药控制过程中,对照组提供常规用药指导,观察组联合全程化药学服务。比较2组患者用药依从性、安全性及生活质量,评价全程化药学服务价值。结果观察组依从性优良率为96.15%显著高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率为1.92%显著低于对照组的17.30%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.081,P=0.008)。观察组患者简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)项目测量分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论全程化药学服务对慢性病价值在于可引导患者遵医用药,对于用药安全及生活质量有积极影响,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of providing whole-process pharmaceutical care for patients with chronic diseases in the community.Methods The patients with chronic diseases(n= 104) in our community from January 2020 to October 2021 were randomly grouped to receive either routine medication guidance(n=52,control group) or whole-process pharmaceutical care(n=52,observation group). The effect of whole-process pharmaceutical care was evaluated by medication compliance, safety and quality of life of patients in the two groups.Results The excellent compliance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.15% vs 75.0%,P<0.05,respectively). The difference in adverse incidence between two groups was statistically significant(1.92%vs 17.30%,χ^(2)=7.081,P=0.008). After intervention, the measurement scores of 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically(P<0.01).Conclusion Whole-process pharmaceutical care for community chronic diseases is capable of guiding patients to comply with medical drugs, which has a positive impact on medication safety and quality-of-life of patients, and worthy promoting.
