摘要
目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者实施个性化干预配合干细胞移植治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年6月治疗的糖尿病肾病患者82例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予干细胞移植治疗,观察组给予个性化干预配合干细胞移植治疗,比较2组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、肾功能[血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)]和生活质量量表(QLQ-C30)情况。结果治疗后,2组FPG水平明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组FPG水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后,2组BUN、SCr水平明显降低(P<0.05),观察组BUN、SCr水平较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后的MDA、AOPPs显著低于对照组,SOD水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者生理功能、社会功能、心理功能得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组生理功能、社会功能、心理功能得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者实施个性化干预配合干细胞移植治疗,能够改善血糖水平及肾功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of personalized intervention combined with stem cell transplantation in diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods A total of 82 diabetic nephropathy patients treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(41 cases) and control group(41 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was given stem cell transplantation therapy, and the observation group was given personalized intervention combined with stem cell transplantation therapy. The fasting blood glucose(FPG) level and renal function of the two groups were compared.Results The level of FPG in both groups was significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and blood creatinine(SCr) levels in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the MDA and AOPPs in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the SOD level in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of physiological function, social function and psychological function between 2 groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of physiological function, social function and psychological function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized intervention combined with stem cell transplantation can improve blood glucose level and renal function in diabetic nephropathy patients.
