多形式心理干预在浆细胞性乳腺炎患者伤口换药中的应用效果

Application effects of multiform psychological interventions in patients with plasma cell mastitis undergoing postoperative wound dressing change

目的研究多形式心理干预措施在浆细胞性乳腺炎患者术后伤口换药中的应用效果。方法选择2018至2020年接受治疗的浆细胞性乳腺炎术后伤口换药的患者60,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。观察组接受多形式心理护理干预,对照组接受常规护理干预。比较2组患者换药时疼痛程度、患者焦虑程度以及换药时的依从性。结果观察组患者换药时疼痛低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前,2组患者的焦虑程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的患者焦虑程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者依从性评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的患者依从性评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多形式心理干预应用于浆细胞性乳腺炎术后伤口换药的护理时,能够有效减轻患者换药时伤口疼痛,降低患者焦虑,提高患者的依从性。

Objective To study the application effects of multiform psychological interventions on postoperative wound dressing change of patients with plasma cell mastitis(PCM). Methods Sixty PCM patients receiving postoperative wound dressing change in the Department from 2018 to 2020 were selected as research subjects, and the patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=30) and observation group(n=30). The observation group received multiform psychological nursing intervention, and the control group received routine nursing interventions. The pain level, anxiety level and compliance during dressing change between groups were compared.Results The pain level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group during dressing change(P<0.05). No difference in the anxiety level were statistically significant between groups before interventions(P> 0.05). The anxiety level in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group after interventions(P<0.05). No differences in the compliance between groups were statistically significant before interventions(P> 0.05), but the compliance were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group after interventions(P<0.05). Conclusion For PCM patients, Multiform psychological intervention in the nursing of postoperative wound dressing can effectively relieve the wound pain, decrease patients’ anxiety and improve their compliance.
