摘要
促进农村电商高质量发展是实施乡村振兴战略的重要途径。通过调研,课题组发现需求与消费、产品与品牌、人才与推广、相关支持性产业发展以及企业与组织是影响农村电商高质量发展的核心要素。围绕这些核心要素,课题组分析比较了浙江省遂昌县、吉林省柳河县、江苏省沙集镇、河北省清河县四个地区的农村电商发展模式,认为推进农村电商高质量发展应通过推进商业模式创新、提升农村电商产品品质、加大人才培养力度、优化电商发展环境、持续壮大电商主体等路径实现。
Promoting the high-quality development of rural e-commerce is an important way to implement Rural Revitalization Strategy. The research group surveys and finds that demand and consumption, products and brands, talents and promotion, related support and industrial development, and enterprises and organizations are the core elements that affect the high-quality development of rural e-commerce. By analyzing and comparing the development models of rural e-commerce in Suichang Zhejiang, Liuhe Jilin, Shaji Town of Jiangsu, and Qinghe Hebei, the research group believes that the promotion of high-quality development of rural e-commerce should be achieved by promoting business model innovation, improving the quality of products, strengthening talent training, optimizing the development environment, and continuing to expand the main body of e-commerce.
