菏泽鲁西新区具有交通设施完善配套、产城发展融合度高和生态环境质量良好等推动高质量发展的基础条件。当前和今后一个时期,菏泽鲁西新区应以高质量发展为主题、以绿色低碳为方向、以改革创新为动力,通过加快构建现代产业体系、科技创新体系、综合交通体系、商贸物流体系、生态环保体系和公共服务体系,积极探索高质量发展的新路径、新机制和新模式,奋力打造区域高质量发展的先行区、引领区和示范区。

Luxi New Area of Heze Municipality has the basic conditions for high-quality development such as complete supporting transportation facilities, highly integrated industry-city development and good ecological environment. At present and in the future, Luxi New Area should take high-quality development as the theme, green and low-carbon as the direction, and reform and innovation as the driving force, accelerate the construction of modern industrial system, scientific and technological innovation system, comprehensive transportation system, commercial logistics system, ecological and environmental protection system and public service system, actively explore new paths, new mechanisms and new models of high-quality development, and strive to create starting, leading and demonstration areas for the development.
