党建工作与生产经营深度融合是引领国企高质量发展的有效方式。菏泽市国企通过开展“红色引擎”品牌创建工作,加强了党对国企的全面领导,推动了国企持续健康高质量发展,促进了国企党建与生产经营相融合的理论研究。为进一步把国企党建政治优势转化为发展优势,应将党建工作与企业管理制度深度融合,将党建工作与业务工作深度融合,将党建干部队伍与业务干部队伍深度融合,以保障国企做强做优做大,筑牢国有企业的“根”和“魂”。
