摘要
提高研究生的培养质量关乎我国高层次人才队伍建设的可持续性和高端化。当前研究生案例教学实践中普遍存在案例源供应不足且高质量案例开发相对滞后,教学流程不合理并影响教学对象的获得感和满意度,教学实施过程缺少与既有培养体系的有机整合,过于看重对具体问题的解决且缺少对既有理论的升华等问题。基于此提出顾客导向式研究生案例教学的设计与应用思路,以期为创新型国家建设提供更加充沛的高层次人才支持。
Improving the training quality of postgraduates is related to the sustainability and high-end of China’s high-level talent team construction. At present, there are many problems in the practice of postgraduate case teaching, such as insufficient case supply and relatively lagged development of high-quality cases, unreasonable teaching process and its impact on the sense of acquisition and satisfaction of teaching objects, lack of organic integration of teaching implementation process with the training system, over-emphasis on the solution of specific problems, lack of sublimation of existing theories, etc. Based on this, this paper puts forward the design and application of customer-oriented case teaching in order to provide more high-level talent support for the construction of an innovative nation.
