基于灰色关联分析河北省农民专业合作社高质量发展影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of High Quality Development of Specialized Farmers’Cooperatives in Hebei Province Based on Grey Correlation Analysis

为明确河北省农民专业合作社高质量发展影响因素,通过问卷调查,采用灰色关联分析方法对河北省212个农民专业合作社理事长或者负责人进行了30种影响因素调查分析。结果表明有20种因素影响河北省农民专业合作社高质量发展,其中排在前5名的因素分别是:法制建设、政策支持、资金支持、技术支持、监督管理,关联度分别为0.824、0.831、0.775、0.730、0.712。河北省有关部门可以参考这些影响因素有针对性的做好农民合作社工作,促进河北省农民专业合作社高质量发展。

30 kinds of influencing factors were investigated and analyzed with grey correlation analysis on the directors or principals of 212 specialized farmers’cooperatives in Hebei Province through the questionnaire survey in order to clarify the influencing factors of the high-quality development of specialized farmers’cooperatives in Hebei Province.The results show that there are 20 factors affecting the high-quality development of specialized farmers’cooperatives in Hebei Province,among which the top five factors include legal construction,policy support,financial support,technical support,supervision and management,and the correlation degree is 0.824,0.831,0.775,0.730,and 0.712,respectively.Therefore,the proper authorities in Hebei Province can do a good job in the work of farmers’cooperatives to promote the high-quality development of specialized farmers’cooperatives referring to the above-mentioned factors.
