新时代法治乡村建设的路径探究

法治乡村建设是全面推进依法治国的重要基础,是乡村全面振兴的根本保障,是治理能力现代化的根基。新时代法治乡村建设的过程中,存在农民主体法治意识不强、基层依法行政能力不规范、涉农立法不完善等问题。可以通过加强法治宣传教育,提高农民的法律意识;夯实法律人才队伍,提高基层依法执政能力;完善涉农法律体系,优化法治供给;加强法治文化建设,助推乡村治理现代化等途径来破解法治乡村建设的阻碍。

The construction of countryside governed by law is an important basis for comprehensively promoting the rule of law,the fundamental guarantee for the overall rural revitalization,and the foundation for the modernization of governance capacity.In the process of constructing a countryside governed by law in the new era,there are problems in the farmers’awareness of the rule of law,the grass-roots administrative ability,and the agricultural related legislation.The publicity and education of the rule of law should be promoted to improve the farmers’legal awareness;the legal talents should be cultivated to improve the ability to govern by law at the grass-roots level;the agricultural legal system and the supply of the rule of law should be optimized;the rule of law culture should be nourished to promote the modernization of rural governance,so as to solve the obstacles that hinder the construction of countryside governed by law.
