知识网红是高校教师在网络思政背景下的角色转型。以研究者小红书账号为中心,采用个别用户深入访谈、社群集体访谈、问卷调查等方式,结合账号后台真实数据,发现当前知识网红线上“教学+思政”模式存在诸多问题。问题集中表现在教学内容“思政含量少、主题欠深度”“博主教师”与学生互动欠佳以及线上课堂“准入门槛高”。为进一步推动网络思政教育发展,博主教师可以从传统文化融合、“师生”“生生”共建互动氛围、媒体融合赋能等方面寻求破局之法。

Knowledge internet celebrity is the role transformation of college teachers in the context of internet ideology and politics.This research is centered on the researcher’s Red account,using in-depth interviews with individual users,community group interviews,questionnaire surveys,etc.,combined with the real data behind the account,to find out that there are many problems in the current knowledge internet celebrity online“teaching+ideological and political”model.The problems are concentrated in the teaching content“less ideological and political content,lack of depth in the theme”,poor interaction between“blogger teachers”and students,and“high barriers to entry”in online classrooms.In order to further promote the development of online ideological and political education,blogger teachers can seek ways to break the situation from the integration of traditional culture,“teacher-student”and“student-student”co-construction of an interactive atmosphere,and media integration and empowerment.
