E-link平衡功能训练方案对急性脑梗死恢复期继发偏瘫患者平衡功能及生活自理能力的影响

Influence of E-link balance training program on balance function and self-care ability in patients with hemiplegia secondary to acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨E-link平衡功能训练方案对急性脑梗死(ACI)继发偏瘫患者平衡功能及生活自理能力的影响。方法回顾性分析六安市人民医院2018-01—2020-09收治的145例ACI恢复期继发偏瘫患者的临床资料,80例患者采用常规平衡训练方案干预设为对照组,65例患者采用E-link平衡功能训练方案干预设为观察组,比较2组一般资料、干预前后平衡功能相关指标及良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)评分。结果2组干预后2周和4周前后运动速度、左右运动速度及运动长度均显著少低干预前(P<0.05);观察组干预后2周和4周前后运动速度、左右运动速度及运动长度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);同时观察组干预后MBI评分均显著高于对照组、干预前(P<0.05)。结论E-link平衡功能训练方案用于ACI恢复期继发偏瘫患者可有效改善平衡功能,改善生活自理能力。

Objective To investigate the influence of E-link balance training program on balance function and self-care ability in patients with hemiplegia secondary to acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Clinical data of 145 patients with hemiplegia secondary to ACI were retrospectively chosen in the period from January2018 to September 2020 in our hospital and divided into 2 groups including control group(80 patients)with conventional balance training program and observation group(65 patients)with E-link balance training program;and the general information,indexes related to static balance function and MBI score before and after intervention of 2groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in general information between 2 groups(P>0.05).The back and forth average movement speed,left and right average movement speed and movement length of 2 groups after intervention in 2 and 4 weeks after intervention were significantly less than before intervention(P<0.05).The average movement speed,left and right average movement speed and movement length of observation group in 2 and 4 weeks after intervention were significantly less than control group(P<0.05).The MBI scores of observation group after intervention were significantly higher than control group and before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion ACI can efficiently improve the static balance function and improve the self-care ability.
