Research progress on preoperative identification of uterine leiomyosarcoma and uterine leiomyoma

子宫平滑肌肉瘤(uterine leiomyosarcomas,ULMS)是术后意外诊断出的第二常见的恶性肿瘤。因为其术前诊断会影响治疗方法的选择,包括手术方式。因此,现在很多研究者都在尝试寻找新的方法在术前鉴别子宫良恶性病变。在特定诊断量表中使用多个参数是最有效的方法之一。此外,机器学习模型和人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)是充满希望的方向,可能有助于术前区分ULMS和子宫平滑肌瘤(uterine leiomyomas,ULM)。

Uterine leiomyosarcomas(ULMS)are the second most common malignancy unexpectedly diagnosed after surgery.Because its preoperative diagnosis will affect the choice of treatment,including surgical methods.Therefore,many researchers are trying to find new ways to distinguish benign and malignant uterine lesions before surgery.Using multiple parameters in a specific diagnostic scale is one of the most effective methods.In addition,machine learning models and artificial intelligence(AI)are promising directions that may help differentiate ULMS from uterine leiomyomas(ULM)preoperatively.
