高铬铸铁是一种耐磨材料,广泛应用于建筑、电力和矿山等领域。概述了进一步改善高铬铸铁耐磨性的途径,包括以稀土元素、钼、镍、铌、钨、硼等合金化,淬火、回火、渗碳、渗铬等热处理,以及以陶瓷颗粒增强等。
High chromium cast iron is a wear-resistant material,and widely used in such fields as building,power,mining,etc.The approaches to further improvement in wear resistance of high chromium cast iron,among which are:(1)alloying with rare earths,molybdenum,nickel,niobium,tungsten,boron and so on;(2)heat treatments such as hardening,tempering,carburizing,and chromizing;and(3)reinforcing with ceramic particle,were outlined.
