全氢罩式炉中氢气流场和退火钢卷温度场的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Hydrogen Flow Field and Temperature Field in the Steel Coils Annealed in All-hydrogen Bell-type Furnace

摘要 采用ANSYS软件对全氢罩式炉中氢气流场和退火钢卷的温度场进行了数值模拟。结果表明:罩式炉进气口的氢气流速最大,向上逐渐减小,内罩顶部最小;两股氢气流在内罩顶部汇合后向下流动,流速逐渐增大,对流板部位的氢气流速小于12 m/s;加热结束时,4号钢卷的外热点与冷点之间的温差最大,1号钢卷的最小;保温结束时,4号钢卷的外热点与冷点之间的温差最小,约为100℃,其温度最均匀;冷却结束时,2号钢卷的外热点与冷点之间的温差最小,其温度最均匀。 The flow field of hydrogen in an all-hydrogen bell-type furnace and the temperature field in steel coils during annealing were numerically simulated via ANSYS software.The results showed that(1)the flow rate of hydrogen gas at inlet of the bell-type furnace was the maximum,gradually decreased upward,and the minimum at top of the inner cover;(2)two streams of hydrogen gas converged at top of the inner cover and then flowed downward,its flow rate increased gradually,and was less than 12 m/s at the convection plate position;(3)at the conclusion of heating,the temperature difference between the outer hot spot and the cold spot was the largest in steel coil No.4,and the smallest in the steel coil No.1;(4)at the conclusion of soaking period,the steel coil No.4 exhibited as the smallest temperature difference between the outer hot spot as about 100℃ and the most uniform m temperature;and(5)at the conclusion of cooling,the temperature difference between the outer hot spot and the cold spot in coil No.2 was the smallest,and its temperature was the most uniform.
