摘要
针对目前轨道交通牵引供电系统中使用的高速直流断路器绝缘框架存在开裂风险,本文对此进行了振动冲击仿真,发现了该框架结构的薄弱处,并对此进行了结构优化改进,通过仿真及现场试验证实了优化改进方案的有效性。
Aiming at the risk of cracking in the insulation frame of high-speed DC circuit breaker used in the traction power supply system of rail transit,the vibration and impact simulation is carried out in this paper.The weakness of the frame structure is found,and the structure is optimized.The effectiveness of the optimization and scheme is verified by simulation and field test.
