摘要
本文介绍了神24电力机车转向架轮缘润滑安装支架的优化设计及试验验证,通过ANSYS软件采用了有限元分析方法对该支架进行了静强度及疲劳强度仿真分析计算,并通过模拟长寿命试验对支架的可靠性进行验证。
This paper introduces the optimal design and experimental verification of the flange lubricating mounting bracket of the Shehua 24 axle electric locomotive bogie.Through ANSYS software,the finite element analysis method is used to carry out the simulation analysis and calculation of the static strength and fatigue strength of the bracket.Through the simulation long life test,the reliability of the stent is verified.
