船用交流中压断路器电动力分析与计算

摘要 交流中压断路器在船舶电力系统中起着电能分配与系统保护等作用。随着船舶电力系统容量的不断增大,故障短路电流也不断增大。大短路关合电流可能会导致断路器结构破坏,从而影响断路器功能的实现,危及船舶电力系统的安全。本文在三相交流电路同期短路时载流导体电动力计算的基础上,考虑不同合闸相角和合闸不同期性,利用ANSYS MAXWELL仿真软件对某型船用大容量交流中压断路器建立了稳态电动力仿真计算模型,计算确定回路系数。利用MATLAB软件编程计算得到瞬态短路电流作用下的各相瞬态电动力,根据最大瞬态电动力对断路器绝缘支撑提出设计要求。该计算方法对同类设备的电动力计算和动稳定性设计具有指导意义。 Medium voltage AC circuit breaker plays the role of power distribution and system protection in marine electric power system.The short-circuit current rises along with the increasing capacity of marine electric power system.High short circuit making current may lead to the destruction of the circuit breaker structure,thus affecting the basic function and endangering the safety of the electric power system.Based on the calculation of the electrodynamic force of the current-carrying conductor during the simultaneous short circuit of a three-phase AC circuit,this paper considers the different closing phase angles and the different closing characteristics and establishes a steady state simulation calculation model for a shipboard medium voltage AC circuit breaker with large capacity by using ANSYS MAXWELL simulation software,then calculates and determines the loop coefficient.The transient force of each phase under the action of transient short-circuit current is calculated by MATLAB software,and the design requirements for the insulating support of the circuit breaker are proposed according to the maximum transient force.This calculation method can guide the calculation and dynamic stability design of similar equipment.
