摘要
本文依托于国内某个海上项目,介绍了电力系统构成、继电保护方案、计算的采用的标准、防护服的选配依据等,首次对海上石油平台进行了弧闪风险评估,给出了计算结果。此外,给出了快速评估弧闪风险等级和防护服选配的方法,并给出了降低弧闪风险的建议。
Based on a domestic offshore project,this paper introduces the composition of power system,relay protection plan,standard to calculation,selection basis of personal protective clothing,etc..Arc flash risk is assessed for offshore oil platforms for the first time,and the calculating result is given.In addition,the method to quickly assess the risk level of arc flash,the selection of protective clothing and the suggestions for reducing the risk of arc flash are given.
