摘要
为满足新一代可充电5号(AA)电池对高比能、长寿命和高安全性的需求,采用高电压LiCoO_(2)材料,通过正极材料的选型优化,负极压实密度和电池注液量参数设计优化,开发出了容量为1.0 Ah的14460型锂离子电池。电池的比能量达192.5 Wh/kg,常温下以1 C在3.0~4.35 V循环1 000次,电池容量保持率达到80%以上,-20和60℃放电容量分别为常温容量的75.7%和98%,3 C放电容量为0.2 C容量的94.4%,且通过了1 C 6.3 V过充、短路、热冲击、重物冲击和挤压等项目测试。电池具有较高的比能量,并显示出良好的循环性能、高低温性能、倍率性能和安全性能。
14460 cylindrical Li-ion battery with nominal capacity of 1.0 Ah was developed by using high voltage lithium cobalt manganese oxide(LiCoO_(2))cathode material,the optimization of cathode materials, anode density and electrolyte dosage to meet the requirements of new generation rechargeable AA Li-ion battery for high specific energy density, long cycle and high safety. The specific energy of the battery reached to 192.5 Wh/kg. When cycled at 1 C in 3.0~4.35 V for 1 000 times, the capacity retention rate was more than 80%. 75.7% of the nominal capacity could be obtained at 0.2 C discharge at -20 ℃. 98.0% of the nominal capacity could be obtained at 0.2 C discharge at 60 ℃.When discharged at 3 C at 25 ℃, it could retained 94.4% of the capacity discharged at 0.2 C. The battery has passed the tests of 1 C 6.3 V overcharge, external short circuit, heating, impact, crush and other items. The results show that the battery has high specific energy density and excellent cycle performance, low temperature performance, high temperature performance,rate performance and safety performance.
