摘要 植物在生长过程中会难以避免地遭遇逆境胁迫,这些胁迫主要分为生物胁迫和非生物胁迫.目前,对于生物胁迫的防治主要依靠农药等,对于植物所遭遇的非生物胁迫除人工干扰外,更多地依赖于植物自身的转录因子家族参与调控.因此,对植物转录因子的研究一直是生物学的研究热点.WRKY转录因子家族是植物第七大基因家族,参与植物响应多种非生物胁迫反应,对植物的正常生长和发育具有重要意义.对植物WRKY转录因子的结构和功能,以及参与植物非生物胁迫相关抗性最新研究进展进行梳理,旨在为后续揭示其响应植物非生物胁迫的研究提供理论依据和实践参考. Plants will inevitably encounter adversity stress during the growth process,these stresses are mainly divided into biological stress and abiotic stress,and the current prevention and control of biological stress mainly relies on pesticides.In addition to artificial interference,the abiotic stress encountered by plants depends more on the plant′s own transcription factor family to participate in the regulation,so the study of plant transcription factors has always been a hot study spot in biology.WRKY transcription factor family is the seventh gene family of plants,which is involved in plant responses to various abiotic stresses,which is of great significance for the normal growth and development of plants.The structure and function of WRKY transcription factors in plants and the latest research progress on resistance related to plant abiotic stress are reviewed,aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for subsequent research on revealing its response to plant abiotic stress.
