为了实现教育现代化,对职业教育提出了更高要求.对于现代职业教育,培养创新型人才是实现教育现代化的基础.设计性实验实训课题的全方位训练是培养创新型人才的有效手段之一.以风味奶茶设计性开放实验为案例,从查阅资料、方案设计、实验操作、数据分析、撰写报告等方面进行了设计和分析,通过举一反三,对学生进行有的放矢的全方位训练.并通过上传国家虚拟仿真实验教学项目共享平台(实验空间ilab-x.com)实现资源共享,引导学生利用平台资源进一步进行延伸实验.以案例积极探索职业学院MOOE模式培养创新创业人才的具体实施方案,对于丰富学生专业素质,培养学生专业兴趣,提高学生解决专业实际问题的能力具有重要意义.

In order to modernize education,higher equirements was proposed for the vocational education.For modern vocational education,the cultivation of innovative talents is the foundation for the modernization of education.The comprehensive cultivation of the designed experimental training topic is one of the effective means to train innovative talents.The design of open experiment of a flavor milk tea as a case,the experimental scheme was designed and analyzed from the aspects of consulting data,scheme design,experimental operation,data analysis and writing report.The students have been trained all-round by drawing inferences from one example to another.The all resources are shared by uploading the national virtual simulation experiment teaching platform(experimental spaceilab-x.com)and the students would been guide to use the resources coming fromthe ilab-x.com platform to further extend the experiment.Case actively explores the implementation scheme of MOOE mode in vocational colleges to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents,which is of great significance for enriching students′professional quality,cultivating their professional interests and improvingtheir ability to solve practical problems in their major.
