摘要 对于500 kV及以下的电压等级常规输电线路工程,由于塔型较小,单基铁塔重量较轻,采用现有规格的落地双摇臂抱杆经济性较差,同时,由于受到塔型天窗口尺寸的限制,现有规格的落地双摇臂抱杆在这些工程中并不适用。方500双摇臂落地抱杆满足了500 kV输电线路铁塔组立要求,具有安装拆卸快捷、施工效率高、使用安全可靠、操作方便等优点,有效提升了施工机械化率。针对双摇臂落地抱杆轻型化、小型化要求,提出方500双摇臂落地抱杆的关键技术研究。方500双摇臂落地抱杆单件结构尺寸小,重量轻,选用Q355-B作为主材的材料,Q235-B作为辅材的材料,使其更适用于山地条件施工。方500双摇臂落地抱杆采用无线传输技术的力矩差控制器、PLC控制双液压缸同步顶升系统,提升了抱杆的安全性能。 For the conventional transmission line project with voltage level of 500 kV and below,because the tower type is small and the weight of the single-base tower is light,it is less economical to use the existing specifications of the landing double rocker boom.At the same time,due to the limitation of the size of the tower window,the existing specifications of the floor double rocker boom is not suitable for these projects.Square 500 double rocker arm derrick meets the requirements of tower construction of 500 kV transmission line.It has the advantages of quick installation and disassembly,high construction efficiency,safe and reliable use,convenient operation and so on,which effectively improves the construction mechanization rate.According to the requirement of light and miniaturization of double rocker arm derrick,this paper puts forward the key technology research of square 500 double rocker arm landing lever.The single structure of square 500 double rocker arm derrick is small in size and light in weight.Q355-B is used as the main material,and Q235-B as the auxiliary material,which makes it more suitable for construction in mountain conditions.Square 500 double rocker arm derrick adopts moment difference controller of wireless transmission technology and double-cylinder synchronous lifting system with PLC controller,which improves the safety of the derrick.
